Platinum Agents representing a Qualified Seller will provide home buyers who use our preferred home financing provider (Guidance Residential) one half of one percent (0.5%) from their commission towards the buyer’s closing costs. Moreover, those buyers will also receive two extra incentives; an additional one half of one percent (0.5%) from their own Guidance Realty Gold or Platinum Agent plus $350 towards their appraisal from their financing provider Guidance Residential.
